Maslows Kensington
Maslow's Kensington is the third and largest members' house from Maslow's, spanning 30,000 sq ft across the ground and first floors of The Kensington Building. Informed by psychology and neuroaesthetics, the interiors are designed around how members move, think and feel throughout the day. Terracotta tones, broadleaf oak floors and four-metre-high windows create a space for restoration as much as productivity.
We were appointed to deliver the FF&E across every space over the 18-month project, from flexible offices and private studies to the restaurant and members' lounges. With few products available off the shelf, we managed three distinct supply chains: vintage, retail and bespoke. We designed bespoke desks for more than 300 resident members and specified COM fabrics throughout. 68% of products were ordered from sustainable suppliers and 8% of furniture came from vintage suppliers, with an estimated 80% carbon saving on reused items compared with buying new, based on FIRA benchmark data. The project won Mixed Use Interior – London at the United Kingdom Property Awards 2026.
