141 Wardour Street, Great Portland Estates
141 Wardour Street is a fully managed workspace by Great Portland Estates in the heart of Soho, housed in a beautifully restored Art Deco building that blends its cinematic Warner Brothers heritage with contemporary design. The building offers design-led workspaces, a roof terrace with panoramic Soho views, an on-site gym, podcast recording room, flexible boardroom & screening room and generous communal lounges to support wellbeing and collaboration.
Dodds & Shute were appointed to specify and procure furniture for the building’s fully managed spaces. Working closely with the GPE team, we developed a cohesive, durable furniture scheme that complements the building’s refined interior architecture and supports a mix of focused work, collaboration, dining and informal socialising throughout the day.

The Big Talk Lounge Chair is manufactured in Europe by &Tradition, reducing transport emissions through a shorter supply chain. Built with a durable steel frame, high-density CMHR foam and premium textile upholstery, the chair is designed for long-term use in busy commercial spaces. The innovative construction resists sagging and wear, extending product lifespan and naturally reducing replacement cycles.
The Quattro Dining Chair features a responsibly sourced timber and plywood frame, manufactured in Italy by Lapalma. European production ensures shorter delivery chains and adherence to strong labour and environmental standards. The chair's robust construction, combining solid wood with hardwearing upholstery, supports long-term durability in commercial settings. Components including upholstery are designed to be replaced rather than requiring full replacement, extending the chair's lifespan and reducing environmental impact over time.
