Triton Square, British Land
1 Triton Square is part of Regent's Place, an innovation-led campus in London designed to support forward-thinking organisations. The building underwent a comprehensive refurbishment to deliver over 50,000 sq ft of contemporary workspace, reimagined to meet the demands of modern, flexible working.
The furniture we specified for the project supported the delivery of high-quality workspaces that balance performance, longevity, and environmental responsibility. We worked closely with the British Land and Royal London Asset Management team to meet their sustainability targets, with a focus on circularity.
Approximately a quarter of all furniture within the scheme was reused or remanufactured, significantly reducing embodied carbon while maintaining quality and consistency throughout. This approach forms part of a broader sustainability-led transformation, positioning 1 Triton Square as one of the lowest carbon headquarters buildings in the UK.
The result is a future-ready workplace that reflects Regent's Place's commitment to innovation, quality, and long-term value, demonstrating how thoughtful procurement reduces environmental impact without compromising on design.
