Shutters, One Canada Square

Dodds & Shute were delighted to be appointed to work with Conran & Partners and Canary Wharf on the new restaurant in the prestigious One Canada Square building in Canary Wharf. The Conran designed, hotel-styled ground floor of Shutters is an ever evolving restaurant and bar, open each day for brunch from 8 to 11am, all day dining from noon to 10pm, and roasts on Sundays.

The space is split over two open plan levels. The lower level is a restaurant that delivers on its connection with local Cornish produce fresh from the rugged coast and fields. The upper level is Cartel, a dedicated cocktail bar inspired by the delights of Mexico serving Mezcals, Tequilas and tacos.
