Working to meet British Lands’ strong sustainability criteria we are pleased the finished project exemplifies a sustainable workspace. Sustainability certifications were prioritised, with 32% holding environmental certifications such as Cradle to Cradle or Indoor Advantage Gold as well as 35% containing recycled content. Standout features of the project were the inclusion of local independent designers and craftspeople as well as carefully refurbished vintage pieces.
