Nipotina, MDS Hospitality

Nipotina is set on South Audley Street in the heart of London’s Mayfair, a short walk from Hyde Park and Selfridges. This beautiful Italian restaurant was designed by the wonderful team Fabled and is the perfect place to dine for breakfast, lunch or dinner. With the warm earthy tones, Nipotina offers an elevated and welcoming experience.

Some sustainable highlights:

• The Chair 811, by Ton showcases timeless design and sustainable craftsmanship. Made from renewable beech wood and natural cane, its construction uses traditional bentwood techniques, which involve steaming and bending wood – a method that minimises waste and energy. Certified for PEFC and low formaldehyde emissions, the 811 Armchair is an ideal choice for environmentally conscious consumers, combining elegance, comfort, and durability.

• The Marci mohair, by Yarn Collective is a durable fabric composed of 61% mohair and 39% cotton, making it suitable for both residential and hospitality projects. Mohair, sourced from Angora goats, is a renewable resource known for its strength and longevity. The fabric's durability is evidenced by its Martindale rating of 100,000 rubs, ensuring a long lifespan and reducing the need for frequent replacements.
