We don’t believe in a single point of contact throughout a project. We prefer to have two people involved. This means there will always be someone available to you with understanding of your project.

Delivery

All goods are condition checked at our warehouse within 48 hours. Any damage is photographed and claims lodged with suppliers immediately to minimise client inconvenience.

Removal and disposal of all packaging and old furniture where required.
We do our best to recycle old furniture with Restoration Station.

Sustainability

Climate positive. By working together with a climate solutions partner we have taken action to fight climate change. We have achieved this by studying FIRA reports that benchmark the carbon footprints of the furniture manufacturing industry and offset the costs of this footprint by donating to protect threatened forests in the Amazon. This offset enables us to eradicate our carbon footprint and means we can offer a climate positive solution to your project however big or small.

Supply chain. As an intermediary, Dodds & Shute are passionate about creating change in our industry and prefer to work with brands whose values align with ours. We believe in being transparent and ethical about sourcing and production and hold our supply chain accountable for their global impact and sustainable policies.

Cradle to Grave. To keep good furniture out of landfill sites we partner with the charity Restoration Station who restore and sell otherwise unwanted furniture in their Shoreditch shop. The workers are recovering from addiction and benefit from the routine, structure and opportunities to learn new skills, preparing them to move on into paid work.
