Fran joined Dodds & Shute after working in the industry for 2 years as an interior design assistant and in contract furniture sales. Her keen eye for Art & Design came from her degree in Fine Art which she studied at the Leeds College of Art & Design.
Her favourite designer is Lucie Koldova from Czech Republic who is best known for her lighting design, involving beautiful and sculptural blown glass structures.
Fran’s fondest memories are her six month stint in South America, offering the opportunity to share many diverse cultures and generally broadening the mind and feeding the soul! The next excitement is Glastonbury 2019. Never fails to deliver.
Fran’s personality type is ISFP-A, an adventurer. Flexible and charming artists, always ready to explore and experience something new.

Stefan studied law at university and has a strong commercial awareness. He started in the design industry more than 5 years ago and hasn’t looked back since.
He specialises in residential work, hotels and shopping centres, working on some of the largest luxury developments in London and some of the biggest shopping centres in the world. He has a wealth of experience in managing both small and large projects from the initial design stages to the final handover.
Stefan has an eclectic design style and enjoys working with a mixture of vintage and Italian contemporary furniture with a focus on lighting and sculptural pieces.
Stefan’s personality type is ENFP-A, a campaigner. Enthusiastic, creative and a sociable free spirit who can always find a reason to smile.
NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT.
Chelsea has almost a decade of sales experience in the design industry, starting her first role at an antiques and interiors firm at just 16. Moving to London 5 years ago, she began working for a manufacturer who specialised in luxury furniture and lighting working as a Sales Assistant quickly progressing to managing the whole sales team.
Chelsea has a passion for all things antique and spends a lot of spare time visiting antique trade shows in Europe with her mentor and dad (Gary). She has two cats named Oswaldo and Wallace making her our resident cat lady but not in a sad, lonely way!
Chelsea likes playful, eclectic interiors, layering and surprising combinations with antique influences. One of her favourite designers is Abigail Ahern.
Chelsea’s personality type is ENFJ-T, a Protagonist. Natural-born leaders, full of passion and charisma!
Michael, our resident Kiwi, studied graphic design at university and worked in publishing before moving to London six years ago. Prior to joining Dodds & Shute, he spent five years in the luxury furniture & lighting industry in both sales and management roles.
Michael has a passion for all things creative. He loves running and couldn’t live without his triple-shot Flat Whites from Monmouth.
Michael’s ideal design aesthetic would be Pawsonian Minimalism – anything by John Pawson. People that are of constant inspiration to him are Alt Group (NZ), Build Studio, Experimental Jetset, Geoff McFetridge, Sam Hecht, Fearon Hay and Michael Craig-Martin.
Michael’s personality type is ISFJ-T, a defender. Very dedicated and warm protector, always ready to defend their loved ones.
Rosie joined Dodds and Shute after 3 years working in her parents Kitchen and Interior Design Company, where her passion for interiors really grew.
She enjoys colourful Scandinavian design and natural materials and her favourite designer is Jaime Hayon.
She studied psychology and criminology at university and has a keen interest in people’s behaviours and actions. In her spare time, she enjoys playing netball, eating out and socialising with friends and family.
Rosie’s personality type is ESFJ-A, a consul. Extraordinarily caring, social, popular and always eager to help.
CO FOUNDER + CREATIVE DIRECTOR.
Nick has an education in product design from Brighton and Leeds with a strong passion and knowledge of the industry.
He specialises in the restaurant and bar sector and high-end residential work. His experience allows him to work on a range of projects finding the right solution to fit any brief or budget from bespoke design to off-the-shelf products.
His favourite style is modern Scandinavian with industrial influences and an emphasis on texture, raw metals & natural woods. Designers that inspire him are GamFratesi, Space Copenhagen, Nendo, Norm, Michael Annastasiades & Jean Prouve.
Nick’s personality type is INFJ-T, an advocate. Quiet and mystical, yet inspiring and a tireless idealist.
